The Velocity Partnership is designed to make a difference in the lives of our clients through their place of business. We are committed to our clients showing up to work each and every day, engaged, empowered, and centered in their leadership role. We also recognize that in a vast majority of companies this is not happening and that there are a number of dynamics that could be barriers to this happening. Therefore, while our coaching is focused from the context of business, our approach is holistic, and that means in parallel, we frequently coach our clients in their personal lives as well.
As each and every individual and organization is unique, two of our core operating values are to listen and ask questions to understand this uniqueness. Therefore one of our strengths is how we listen to our clients. We have a clear and successful framework for our coaching relationships and this framework is used as a guideline to have our clients be successful. However, there are times when greater amounts of customization are needed from this framework to get the desired outcomes.
